which I practice and teach. I give treatments in Reiki, Pranic Healing, Angels, “Authentic” Indian Head Massage and Neuro-Linguistic Programming or NLP. I teach all levels of Reiki and also various Angel Courses. I am a qualified Tera-Mai Reiki Master/Teacher and Angel & Ascension Teacher with the Diana Cooper School of Angel Teaching in the U.K.
Our lives have become very pressurised and demanding physically, mentally and emotionally. This leads to stress and anxiety which in turn creates energetic imbalances and energetic blockages in our body systems. It is these imbalances and blockages which directly result in illness manifesting in our bodies.
The holistic therapies I practice, work to balance and restore the body to its natural state of optimum health in mind, body & Spirit. Holistic treatments induce a deep feeling of relaxation, calmness and peace. Being in this relaxed and calm state is one of the building blocks to obtaining improved health. All my healing work is dedicated to the highest possible outcome for my clients at all times.
You also need to be aware of your thought processes as a negative outlook on life and a constant focus on what is wrong in your life, will attract more of this into your life, as this is what you are affirming silently to the Universe. Conversely, concerted positive thinking coupled with congruent actions will build your energy, be most beneficial to your physical, mental and emotional health and well being. Being grateful for what you have in your life, will attract more of that into your life. An “attitude of gratitude” is one of the most important spiritual practices which will bring contentment and peace into your life everyday.
