Pranic Treatment for Epi-gastric Hernia
I first came across Yvonne's Spiritual Rays website on the internet while searching for various alternate therapies to do while waiting for a pending operation.
I was told I have an Epi Gastric Hernia and was planning to have a few weeks free before the operation to help prepare by doing yoga and meditation.
I joined Yvonne's Meditation Group and found it great, but the pain and discomfort were getting worse around my left side close to the hernia. I had one session of Reiki with Yvonne, and it did relieve the pain. From talking to Yvonne, I discovered that she was also a trained Pranic Healer. I had never heard of it so I decided to try it. The medical doctors said the severe pain was from stomach problems caused by the increasing hernia size. Pain killers and antacid was all I got from them.
The pain was bad before the first Pranic Healing session, so when I awoke the next day with no pain I was shocked.
Still doubting (as we do) that it would last, I went about my day and by night time when the pain usually kicked in the worst, I was delighted not to be experiencing any pain.
During the first two Pranic sessions I experienced some queezy feelings that passed quickly. The pain stayed away and I could feel internal movements in the area around the hernia during the healing.
The day after the third session I suffered Diarrhea. It came and went suddenly which was unusual and I almost felt like it was clearing something bad from me..
I had become very skillful at the meditation at this stage so as I listened to Yvonne's guided meditation tape in the back ground, as I usually did during the healing, I experienced a lot of unusual sights in my meditative tranquil place that were not part of the cd instructions playing in the background.
A white horse appeared to me and I asked if he could take this affliction from me. He pulled something from my side and went away through a tunnel upwards. When he returned he had wings and he stayed by my side. Next a large number of small Angels came out of the forest holding hands and danced around me. I saw a waterfall of gold water and the horse instructed me to bathe in it. I remember looking at my hands and it was as if I was painted gold. I stepped into a bright white beam of light that removed the gold.
I seemed to leave this scene and was drawn to my third eye chakra area. I am 100% sure I saw an eye looking at me but the vision disappeared quickly.
At this stage Yvonne was doing Reiki which she does at the end of the Pranic session, and she also grounds me. She had placed her hand on my stomach and one at my upper back.
I felt an urge to move forward on the seat so she could move the back hand lower in line with the stomach hand. Well the minute she did this I had a vision of something leaving my body and flowing through her hands and I felt huge emotion come over me and tears started to roll down my cheeks then I started to cry but my breathing was very heavy almost like I could not breath.
Yvonne told me to let it all out, so I did and several minutes passed before I calmed down. The healing was finished at this stage and Yvonne said she could feel this was coming. She had felt it building. I was uncontrollably shaking like you would if you were freezing but I was not cold.
I lay on my bed when I got home and felt an overwhelming sense of peace. I tried to focus on stuff I needed to do for the morning but could not. My mind did not want to surrender to this feeling so I gave in and fell asleep in this peaceful state.
A week later and my stomach has not bothered me in any way.
