I facilitate both a Reiki Group and a Spiritual Group as part of my practice.
Reiki Circle/Group
In order to join the Reiki Circle you only need to have completed Reiki Level 1. It is primarily to allow healers to practice and use their healing gifts. It is necessary for me to charge a nominal fee, to cover my time/costs of €25 per healer.
*Note:- If you are a Reiki student who trained at Spiritual Rays, the cost of your first Reiki Circle Evening is included in your Workshop Fee.
Spiritual Group
The Spiritual Group is for all persons who wish to experience many spiritual practices such as meditation, healing, prayer, crystals, Angels, increase psychic skills, this group is for raw beginners to those who are more experienced, all are welcome to join us.
There is a nominal charge for this evening of €20 per person. 25% of the money is given to a charity agreed by the Spiritual Group participants.
What is Meditation?
To be in the meditative state means to be free of outside influences, thoughts fears and worries to be tuned in to ones own energies and the energies around. To be perfectly centred, balanced and at peace.
Meditation is not a state of mind, it’s a state of (mind, body and spirit) in perfect harmony.
Modern life encourages us to separate thoughts from emotions and instinct from actions. It drives us to believe it’s what we think that makes us who we are and rules our lives. Sometimes we even believe that our emotions are somehow wrong, or that we shouldn’t think or feel a certain way. This is where stress, fear, worry and other negative energies creep in and gradually build up.
When our mind body and spirit bodies work separately, we become ‘scattered’.
BUT those three elements mind body and spirit are meant to work together and if we just give them a chance to do so, they will come back into balance.
Remember a time when maybe you settled back and daydreamed on a warm beach or in front of a fire and felt at peace and at ease. This is the sort of feeling we get from being in meditation.
